PLEASE be very specific as to the age, sex, size, etc of the person needing items.  With clothing, please specify if its Children's, Juniors, or Adults sizes. Also, all requests without a phone number or specific information will not be honored as we need a number for our records and spend too much time guessing at sizes or trying to contact families for information. Please have emails in column format NOT paragraph.  Email us at with your needs.

Here is an example of how emails need to look:

My name is Karen R****, My phone number is 555-555-5555. I need help with the following:

Girl, 15    wears Juniors Medium in tops, size 5 Juniors pants, size 7 sneaker

Once your order is processed and filled we will call you to pick up.  You then have three business days to come get your items.  We cannot have items here longer than that due to space constraints.

Information on how our Furniture Network works

Whether you are looking to donate furniture, or needing it - we do not pick up or take items here at our office. We simply do not have the space.  So we set up a Furniture Network on our site where one can list the items they are donating and the family in need can contact you directly to arrange pick up.  As always, a tax receipt can be mailed to the donor. Just click on How We Help and the Furniture Network on the right.  It is a similar set up to a Craiglists Ad. And if you are in need of furniture you look at the list and then contact the donor.

This week we were lucky to have Staff Members from the Ford Motor Company visit us for a Community Service Day! We put them to work and they helped pack tons of Backpacks! Thank you again for making such a difference.
